These courses are in hour long segments. If you want to take notes I encourage it. You can even record it for your own use if you'd like. :)
This course is not just for people in romantic relationships by the way.
Do you want to know how to give your significant other, friends, or family a professional level massage? I can show you specific techniques for areas like hands, feet, shoulders, or neck. We can either do general techniques, or if the person you are wanting to help has specific issues I can teach you how to help them without hurting yourself. This class is also great for any questions you might have. This won't make you a licensed therapist, but it will make you and the people you share your new techniques with exponentially happy.
