Craniosacral is a non-invasive, gentle modality, that seeks to open and unwind the fascial tissues throughout the body. This is excellent for people in a lot of pain, have chronic stress, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, or that just need a good mental reboot. It is also great for people who generally don't like being touched as you are fully clothed and the touch is so gentle. A bulk of the work is in the skull, but it is amazing to see what has transpired already with clients using this modality. This is literally like getting a brain massage and tune-up! 😄
